Risk Analysis & Decision Support Model

Problem Statement:

Despite providing a ready-to-go due-diligence report, users lacked clarity on the actual severity of litigation risks associated with the findings.

What I Did

  • Used Gen AI to summarize judgement copies
  • Designed a risk model that classified cases as high, medium and low based on their act and section. 
  •  Assigned risk summaries to each of these cases which gave an understanding on the nature of offense.
  • Built an intuitive UX where risk analysis helped in faster decision making.
