Women's health apps offered generic cycle calendars, not real personalization — leaving users to track their bodies alone, with no context-aware guidance.

What I Did

  • Owned product strategy for an AI health platform across iOS, Android, and web
  • Directed a multi-agent AI system, from model selection to orchestration design
  • Led backend, mobile, and AI engineering teams through a coordinated roadmap
  • Shaped the privacy-first data model for sensitive health data
  • Built the monetization model — subscriptions, pricing, referrals
